Message from Our Founder
I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama and then earned my Master of Medical Science degree at Emory University School of Medicine. Later, I earned my Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree from the University of Lynchburg where I focused on heart disease and healthcare leadership. I became a certified health coach in 2020, while working through the Covid-19 pandemic. After being disheartened by the chronic disease statistics (diabetes, obesity, hypertension, etc.) and the associated elevated risks, I founded and created Elite Wellness Solutions, LLC.
We have one goal, and that is to make people well. Wellness is not something you can buy and it certainly is not something that just happens. It requires intent, goals, support and resources to exist. Maintaining an optimal level of wellness is a critical step in living long, healthier, high quality lives. At Elite Wellness, we combine medical expertise, health coaching, personal experiences, compassion, and high tech modalities together to provide a transparent and safe place for people to learn, recover and obtain better health. We take time to understand your specific needs and combine the techniques that would work best for you. Our health coaches are competent and we work alongside healthcare providers in their quest to get better patient outcomes.

Elite Wellness Solutions is here because I care. After almost 20 years of practicing medicine in multiple clinical settings, I realized that I truly had a passion for Wellness and Disease Prevention. As an Atlanta native, I have always been involved in my community and so many times wondered "How could they not know?", "When are things going to change?" and "What else can I do?" I was tired of seeing people hospitalized for preventative illnesses- often due to lack of education, support or resources. And it wasn't just the patients, I watched healthcare providers ignore their own health and well-being while caring for others passionately. I, myself, fell victim to this practice and became the most unhealthy I had ever been, while struggling to balance home and work life. How could this happen to me?
